Raphael Toledano began his real estate career in 2009 — a time that was widely regarded as one of the most challenging economic periods since the Great Depression. Driven by pure ambition and determination, he navigated the complexities of the industry with deft hands despite his initial lack of experience in the real estate industry.
In his first year, Rafi dedicated countless hours to gaining the necessary education and experience to succeed. His hard work quickly paid off, which led to significant achievements in the following years.
Over time, Rafi expanded his real estate ventures, hired the the right salespeople, and secured numerous profitable deals. Eventually, he transitioned to independently closing deals by utilizing his own capital.
Rafi's real estate portfolio began with a part ownership of a small strip center in Brooklyn's Sheephead Bay and has since grown to include approximately 20 New York City apartment buildings, valued at over $250 million.
As the founder of Kensington Property Group, Rafi now specializes in multi-family properties and other real estate investments.
